Freelancer Service Agreement

The Company engages the Freelancer to provide professional beauty, grooming, salon, spa, makeup, mehendi, or related services to customers through the BookNGlow platform.

The Freelancer agrees to perform services professionally, ethically, and according to Company standards.

The following terms define the working relationship:

• The Freelancer is an independent service provider.
• This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship.
• The Freelancer is not entitled to salary, PF, ESI, leave benefits, or employment benefits.
• Payment will be made only for completed services or agreed payouts.

The Freelancer may provide one or more of the following:

• Haircut / Hair Styling
• Facial / Cleanup
• Waxing / Threading
• Spa Services
• Bridal Makeup
• Party Makeup
• Mehendi Services
• Grooming Services for Men
• Home Beauty Services
• Any other approved services

• The Freelancer may accept or reject bookings based on availability.
• Once a booking is accepted, punctual attendance is mandatory.
• Late arrival or cancellation without valid reason may lead to penalties or suspension.

Payment shall be made weekly / per booking / monthly as decided by the Company. Commission, platform fee, or deductions may apply as per the business model. Payment will be transferred through bank account or UPI.

Example: Customer Price ₹10,000 → Freelancer Payout ₹8,000 | Company Share ₹2,000.

The Freelancer agrees to:

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness
• Use professional behavior with clients
• Carry required tools and products
• Reach on time for appointments
• Deliver quality service
• Wear decent attire / attire provided by company (if any)
• Respect customer privacy
• Follow company pricing and service rules
• Avoid misconduct or rude behavior

The Freelancer shall not:

The Freelancer cannot lend his account, in case he is occupied or in his absence, to anyone. If such cases are found and the Freelancer is found guilty, account termination and legal action will be taken.

• Misbehave with customers
• Use abusive language
• Demand any kind of favors or tips from the customer
• Ask customers for direct payment outside the platform
• Share personal or inappropriate messages
• Damage customer property
• Smoke or drink during service
• Bring unauthorized persons to customer location

The Freelancer agrees not to directly approach or take BookNGlow customers privately for personal business during the agreement period and for 6 months after leaving.

Any violation may lead to permanent removal and legal action.

• Customer feedback will be monitored.
• Repeated poor ratings may lead to warnings or removal.
• High performers may receive priority bookings and incentives.

If the Freelancer cancels confirmed bookings repeatedly without genuine reason, BookNGlow may:

• Reduce future bookings
• Apply penalties
• Suspend account
• Terminate agreement

The Freelancer shall keep confidential all of the following, and must not share such information with third parties:

• Customer contact details and addresses
• Internal pricing
• Company strategies
• Partner information

Any intentional damage caused to customer property or company reputation due to misconduct may make the Freelancer liable for compensation.

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice. The Company may terminate immediately in case of:

• Fraud or theft
• Misconduct or fake identity
• Customer harassment
• Repeated complaints
• Breach of agreement

This agreement shall be governed under the laws of India with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
