Salon Partner Agreement

The Partner Salon agrees to list its services on the BookNGlow platform and provide salon, spa, grooming, or beauty services to customers referred through BookNGlow.

BookNGlow shall promote bookings, manage customer leads, and generate business opportunities for the Partner Salon.

• This is a business partnership for service referrals and bookings.
• Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.
• The Partner Salon remains an independent business entity.
• The partner(s) is not entitled to salary, PF, ESI, leave benefits, or employment benefits.

The Partner Salon may offer one or more approved services, including:

• Haircut & Hair Styling
• Beard Grooming
• Facial & Cleanup
• Waxing / Threading
• Spa Services
• Hair Color / Treatment
• Bridal Makeup
• Party Makeup
• Nail Services
• Any other mutually approved services

BookNGlow may display the following on its platform:

• Salon Name and Address / Service Areas
• Employee(s) and Employer details of the salon
• Photos and Branding
• Service Menu and Pricing
• Ratings and Reviews
• Offers, Discounts, and Timings

• Customers may book appointments through BookNGlow.
• Partner Salon agrees to honor confirmed bookings.
• Walk-in priority should not negatively affect BookNGlow customers.
• Booked customers must receive timely service.

The Partner Salon agrees to one of the following revenue models:

The terms may be modified or changed on a need-to basis or due to recent norms or changes (if any) of the company, but not limited to the above.

• Option A – Commission Model: BookNGlow receives an agreed % commission on completed bookings.
• Option B – Fixed Lead Fee: A fixed amount per confirmed booking as mutually agreed.
• Option C – Promotional Campaign Model: As mutually agreed during offers or campaigns.

Payments shall be settled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as agreed. BookNGlow may deduct commissions, refunds, penalties, or agreed charges before settlement.

Settlement mode: Bank Transfer or UPI to registered account holder.

Base pricing may be discussed mutually. BookNGlow may run offers, discounts, or platform campaigns. Final customer pricing shown on the platform may differ based on promotions.

The Partner Salon agrees to:

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness
• Use qualified staff only
• Provide courteous customer service
• Maintain service quality
• Honor appointment timings
• Use genuine products where promised
• Keep equipment in proper / sterilized conditions
• Inform BookNGlow about closures and holidays

The Partner Salon shall not:

• Overcharge BookNGlow customers
• Force upsell of unwanted services
• Misbehave with customers
• Refuse confirmed bookings without valid reason
• Delay customers unnecessarily
• Use misleading service claims

Customers may leave ratings and feedback. Repeated negative reviews may lead to warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the platform.

If the Partner Salon repeatedly cancels confirmed bookings or remains unavailable, BookNGlow may:

• Pause listing temporarily
• Reduce platform visibility
• Apply penalties
• Terminate partnership

The Partner Salon agrees not to misuse BookNGlow customer data or solicit customers using unauthorized methods outside the platform in a misleading manner.

BookNGlow may use salon name, logo, images, offers, and service details for promotional purposes during the partnership period.

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

• Commercial terms
• Customer data
• Internal strategies
• Business records shared privately

This agreement begins on signing date and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate with written notice. Immediate termination may occur in case of:

• Fraud
• Repeated customer complaints
• Misconduct or fake information
• Quality failures
• Breach of agreement

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
